... ? Free wav samples from Bourbon BiscuitWhen I first started producing drum & bass, I was using samples of breaks that I downloaded from the internet. I didn't have much luck getting the classics I was after. When I finally managed to find them online, they were either low quality, noisy, full of vinyl crackle, processed too much, compressed in mp3 format or incomplete. I wanted them in their original state, so that I was sure some amateur hadn't carelessly used effects on it and changed it in any way. I decided to start buying cds which had the songs with the breaks on them. This way I could sample directly from the source without worrying about vinyl crackle and other problems. On this site you will find full breaks taken from the original songs which I have bought on cd, breaks which I have taken from sample cds, production tutorials (coming soon) and other clean* samples from the original songs on cd.
