... ? Telegraph | Arts | CD of the week: pop banality and classical grandeurDon't be misled by the title. This is not a bets-hedging soundtrack album, but a full collection of songs, and a heart-stopping event for fans who have been waiting for such a thing since 1986's Electric Café. In the meantime, of course, their eccentric marriage of art and science has turned into techno, a dreadfully over-populated genre made by any no-hoper with a laptop, a keyboard and some off-the-peg software.
