...really nice guys to deal with; I explained I worked in Tech Support which helped... ..anyway..Gonna send a note of thanks to them - Support is one of those jobs where you know every phone call/contact is an issue, so even a tiny note of gratitude means a lot.... I should add that uptime with this connection has been over 99% ... not many BB suppliers can boast of that...
